Terms of Use and Tour Booking Policy

Welcome to museivaticani.info. These Terms govern the ordering, booking, and conduct of private and group tours, as well as guide services.

1. Subject of the Agreement

We provide professional services of licensed guides in Rome, including the organization and delivery of custom group and private tours to the Vatican Museums and other historical sites.

2. Booking and Confirmation Process

  • Submitting a request: Tour bookings are made by submitting a contact form on the Site, via messengers (WhatsApp/Telegram), or by email.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered valid only after personal confirmation from the guide, with the exact date, time, price, and tour format (group or private) mutually agreed upon.

  • Entry tickets: The arrangements for museum entry (whether tickets are included in the tour price, assistance with purchase, or self-purchase by the client) are discussed and finalized at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Our Site does not process online payments automatically.

  • The payment method, currency, and timeline for guide services (including any deposit required to secure a specific date, or payment in cash/card on the day of the tour) are agreed upon during the booking process.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • By the client: Clients must notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the start of the tour. If this notice period is not met, any deposit refund (if applicable) will be discussed individually, taking into account any actual costs incurred (e.g., non-refundable tickets).

  • Force majeure: We are not liable for tour cancellations or route changes due to force majeure (e.g., sudden museum closures by the Vatican administration, official or religious events, transport strikes). In such cases, we will offer an alternative time or a full refund of any payments made.

5. Tour Conduct Rules

  • Clients must arrive at the meeting point on time. For private tours, the waiting time is limited to 15–30 minutes.

  • Visitors to the Vatican are required to follow the official dress code (shoulders and knees must be covered) and museum safety regulations. The guide is not responsible if museum staff deny entry due to a violation of these rules.
